Women Apparel online:

When your order is processed you will receive email notification with shipment tracking number. All delivery standards begin when you receive this email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us via e -mail. You need to send pictures of the item to our mail box. If you wish to return your purchase, we're sorry that you may pay 50% of item's price as our poundage and restocking fee for your returned items.

All returned and exchanged items must be returned within 7 calendar days. 
Returns and exchanges will only occur for Quality Issues & delay-Shipment .if your item has been worn, damaged, or its tag has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange; if an item we receive from you is in bad condition or its tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange.
